When I picked my truck up got home noticed a large dent on Driver's side that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I immediately reached out through email. I called the next day to follow up and was told the service manager would call me back. I never received a call back. My dad worked at Boyd Chevrolet for almost 30 years!

Visit was good but told dealership wanted my 45000 mile service on truck which consisted of oil change rotation of tires transfer case fluid change cabin air filters changed and a few other items but all that got changed was oil and filter and tire rotation not sure why rest didn’t get changed but service I did receive was overall good

My car over heated and I drove straight to the dealer to have it checked out. They were very prompt in checking for the problem and made arrangements to fix it as soon as they could get the part and personnel. They were concerned for my arrangements to get home and would have driven me home had I not been able to arrange a ride.everyone was very professional.

I give the highest praise to the entire service team and management for working so hard to expedite my service. I was unwell due to recent surgery and had mechanical issues. The whole team worked together to keep my waiting time at a minimum. I appreciate their flexibility and the other customers for understanding. A really wonderful group of people.

Chris made our experience one of the best we have ever had. He was very attentive to what we wanted. Chris made sure he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. When we arrived at the dealership he had the truck we were looking at ready and we were test driving a few minutes later. We initially planned to return the following week to purchase but because of Chris’ service we decided to purchase the same day. I have already recommended him and Charles Boyd Chevrolet to my sister who is looking to purchase. I will absolutely be back in the future for future purchases.

I was early for my appointment and the sales representative started the services on my vehicle then and I was able to leave ahead of schedule. The sales representative was friendly and polite.

Brought vehicle in by wrecker, advised that it was probably the fuel pump which would not allow the car to start. After checking, it was determined that the fuel pump would be replaced. The service was completed along with a oil change and inspection.

Had oil change and tires rotated. Had a little wait but not bad. Very friendly staff

Easy experience for a servicing oil change and tire rotation. They also changed the front headlight pretty quickly. The only problem i faced after the fact was that they forgot to retrain the tire air pressure monitors. And had the front tires reading as the rear tires.

Diane Wessner was an amazing salesperson, she went above and beyond to take care of my needs in purchasing a new truck and she addressed all of my questions.

I brought my 2025 Corvette e-Ray in for her initial service which consisted of the transmission filter and fluid changes, as well as, the initial oil and filter change. The shop also did the annual safety inspection and sealed my Air Conditioning condensation unit as water was leaking behind the passenger seat. Although that wasn't a recall, the AC problem was a service bulletin that the service unit fixed. The service crew alerted me to status and were overall excellent.

The advisors at Charles Boyd Chevrolet are so attentive to the needs of the customers. I came in with a starter going out on my truck, and they had the starter replaced that same day! They go above and beyond each time I come in for service work. The building is always clean, and everyone I deal with is professional in every way.

John in service is awesome. My new traverse needed a master cylinder and it was on back order. John stayed in touch and assured me he would always be in communication.

From my first contact with Sales Consultant Chris Jones to discussing purchase details with Bobby Orr I could not have been treated better. Everyone did their best to make my experience a good one. I had a one-way car rental from Asheville, NC to Henderson NC. Jay from the dealership picked me up at the rent-a-car office and took me to the dealership. He was a very nice man. Chris took me through the details of my 2026 ERay. Charles Boyd the dealership owner came to speak with me as did his son Brian. Turns out, that Brian orders the Corvettes and he and I have very similar taste. I had "built" an ERay on GM's configurator that was a near perfect match to the one I bought. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used car. I appreciate the folks at Charles Boyd Chevrolet-GMC.
